Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 17:00 (London, UK time) will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email.
Shipping Process
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have started processing your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information.
Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to become active.
Delivery Time
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
Estimated delivery time:
- United Kingdom: 5–9 business days
The total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping) is typically 6–12 business days.

As a result, your order may be shipped from one of our global warehouses to ensure efficient delivery.
Split Shipments

This may occur when items are shipped from different warehouse locations.
Customs & Import Duties
We ship all orders using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service.
This means:
- All customs duties and import taxes are fully covered by us
- You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery
Delays
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Customs processing
- Holidays or external factors beyond our control
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, we kindly ask that you allow an additional 3 business days before contacting us.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
If:
- An incorrect address is provided, or
- A delivery attempt fails
We may offer reshipment, but additional shipping costs may apply.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us.
You will be offered:

- A replacement shipment
