Return & Refund Policy

At Parsons Oxford, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item under the conditions outlined below.

Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused
• The item must be in its original packaging
• All tags must still be attached

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at our support email with your order number.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions, including the return address.

Please note:

• Returns may need to be sent to our international warehouse
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.

You will be offered:

• A free replacement, or
• A full refund

We will cover any additional costs in these cases.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please:

1. Return your original item
2. Place a new order

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order.

After this period, your order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
